Founder of the newly launched decentralized storage network FilecoinJuan Benet, responded to rumors of a miner strike and accusations from Tron CEO Justin Sun that the project is an exit scam.

Benet called rumors of a miner strike ridiculous in a tweet adding that there had been no power loss and that miners are following the protocol. However, he did state that miners are growing slower than before launch likely because the network is no longer subsidizing pledge and fee costs so miners need to match growth rate and token rewards.

Speaking to Sun's allegations of the Filecoin team running an exit scam, Benet stated that nobody from his team had sold FIL tokens. He went on to predict that Sun is planning to fork Filecoin and make up an excuse for why.
