Money transfer service MoneyGram received $9.3 million from payment exchange Ripple in the third quarter of this year, according to a MoneyGram press release. MoneyGram, which partnered with Ripple in order to use its digital asset XRP to facilitate cross-border payments, receives XRP incentives every quarter through the exchange's On-Demand Liquidity (ODL) service.

MoneyGram's total received XRP incentives decreased by $5.8 million between Q2 and Q3 as the two companies approach the one-and-a-half-year mark of their four-year partnership agreement.
