CTO Jerry Cuomo revealed in a press release on Tuesday June 18th, 2019 that the upgraded version of Enterprise Blockchain is a “fully-flexible blockchain platform, built around a well-managed open source distributed ledger technology, that can truly run in virtually any computing infrastructure.”

IBM’s updated Blockchain Platform lets clients expand to both public and private clouds such as IBM Cloud and LinuxOne. In addition, the platform allows companies to administer the entire lifecycle of a blockchain network which is a significant improvement.
