In order to stop illegally grabbed assets, the Ukrainian authorities will soon be able to block crypto wallets and detect how those funds are being spent (Coin Telegraph).
A report on Ukraine's Finance Ministry website states that investigators will be allowed to look through "analytical product." According to Oksana Markarova, Ukraine's Finance Minister, this approach proved successful for a number of investigations. Markarova states that although it is impossible to halt crypto transactions, blocking wallets is possible with private keys.
