Before November 24th, they will publish a mainnet-ready, v1 release of code that anyone can run, including tagged binaries via prysm.sh script, docker builds, and also allowing users to build from source.

The Medalla testnet is will be unsupported by next week's release, Prysm beta 3. A new testnet, called Pyrmont, which aligns with the v1.0.0 of the official Ethereum 2.0 specification will start next week, and will then be open for public participation.
