Facebook's Libra continues to attract sham sellers before the launch of the release, according to finance magnates. The latest conman was from a Twitter account conducting fake initial coin offerings. 

The first Libra scammers emerged around 2019 despite Facebook announcing they will plan around 2020. Facebook is facing regulatory hurdles and lobbyist blockades that are interfering with its first digital currency.
