Most users have previously withdrawn their reserves and tokens, and the tokens in the Nuo smart contract are currently worth less than $200,000. NuoNetwork is a non-custodial loan protocol supported by ConsenSysVentures. NuoNetwork provides over-collateralized loan services, leveraged trading and instant trading of ERC-20 tokens through the lending market.
