Millenials are finding that they prefer to hold Bitcoin instead of investing in some of the best-known companies in the world, according to new data.
Charles Schwab, one of the United States’ biggest brokerage firms, released a report back in November that showcased millennial’s increasingly pro-bitcoin stance compared to previous generations.
Schwab found that 1.84% of assets held with the company are for Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC), a Bitcoin investment vehicle. This is more than the equity millennials held in Berkshire Hathaway, Alibaba, Netflix, Disney Corp., and even Microsoft.
