Kevin Koh, CIO of Spartan Capital hedge fund, argues that the Bitcoin halving event is not priced-in and bases his argument on the "Efficient Markets Hypothesis (EMH)." EMH means that "asset prices reflects all available information..." (AMBcrypto). 

Koh believes that although EMH also applies to the cryptomarket, he still remains incredulous that the halving event would work well with the narrative. Koh explains that long term holders will be effective in holding down their positions; a stable demand would cause a supply-demand mismatch in prices once the halving ends.
