According to Coindesk, Genies will cooperate with Dapper Labs, the team behind NBA Top Shot and CryptoKitties, to launch a customizable digital 3D avatar in its Flow blockchain as a way to introduce Gen Z into the blockchain. Akash Nigam, Genies founder says: "Dapper Labs was a braindead fit for us to be able to further educate our young users." Nigam explains that users can have real ownership without the knowledge of detailed blockchain technology. After launch, not only celebrities but also ordinary users can create their own 3D avatars, thus have real ownership of their online characters.
