$3 Million In Seed funds Raised For Crypto Derivatives Exchange Globe

Globe, a crypto derivatives exchange aimed at serving institutional customers, announced that it has raised $3 million in seed round financing supported by Y Combinator, Pantera Capital, Draper Dragon Fund and Wavemaker Partners. Globe expects to launch its trading platform in the next few weeks with the new fund. 

Globe is registered in Seychelles and headquartered in London. Chief Executive James West told The Block that Globe aims to provide services to institutional clients through new products and better trading experiences. Perpetual futures for Bitcoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Volatility Index (VIX) and DeFi tokens will be provided in the initial period.
