Polkascan Foundation has decided to discontinue services for Kulupu network, according to a tweet posted by the latter.
"Kulupu's treasury funded Polkascan's Social Contract, and it ends at 31 December 2020. Hence on 1 January 2021, Kulupu will no longer be available on http://polkascan.io," it added.
