The prediction market protocol Gnosis today announced the launch of the decentralized autonomous organization GnosisDAO. GnosisDAO uses futarchy (prediction market) to guide proposals. Anyone can participate by joining the Gnosis forum. After initialization, GnosisDAO will effectively control 150K ETH and 8 million GNO tokens with a vesting period of 8 years. The first proposal to GnosisDAO included the distribution of GNO to active participants, the introduction of SAFE tokens for management, and the development of the Gnosis protocol.
