Cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase issued an official report stating that the exchange is dealing with delays in Bitcoin withdrawals due to congestion on the Bitcoin network. Deposits and trading transactions were not affected, the exchange said. It is reported that Coinbase encountered many problems during the busy trading period this year, mainly downtime, most recently on November 26th.
