According to CNBC, Presidential candidate Andrew Yang dropped out of the 2020 Democratic primary race after finishing well behind top-tier candidates in the Iowa caucus and New Hampshire primary.

The US presidential candidate has said cryptocurrencies have great potential for success in the United States. However, for this potential to be fulfilled, the country needs to spend more time investing in them. His optimism is honourable however Yang cites that the current “hodgepodge” of regulation in cryptocurrency is impeding adoption, investment and innovation.
