In order to downsize, Circle is looking for a buyer to purchase SeedInvest, a crowdfunding unit, reports The Block Crypto. 

The firm is looking to focus on new initiatives relating to USDC and stablecoins. Because of SeedInvest's original acquisitions, Circle is having a hard time finding a buyer as it is looking to adopt stablecoins for businesses as well as to broaden its adoption.
