With the aim of building next-generation data privacy technology, the two parties will jointly launch an early project to use differential privacy to set new standards for the use of data in the automotive industry. The solution is based on Oasis Labs' privacy and security infrastructure, enabling BMW internal teams and external partners to access data while maintaining compliance and protecting user privacy. All accesses can be persistently stored in the ledger.
