According to a report by Chain Store Age, Walmart Canada is using the DL Freight enterprise blockchain solution of Toronto blockchain company DLT Labs to simplify its entire supply chain invoicing process. 

The collaboration with DL Freight is part of Walmart Canada's $3.5 billion plan to transform stores, digital operations, and technology. According to the press release, through the integration of blockchain technology, invoice disputes between Walmart Canada and its carriers have been reduced by 97%, the invoicing process has been cut by more than half, and millions of dollars in costs have been saved.
