According to coindesk.com, Zhao Changpeng, CEO of cryptocurrency exchange Binance, confirmed on Twitter on February 12 that it will launch a testnet of DEX on February 20.The DEX program could provide decentralized options for cryptocurrency holders to exchange tokens, eliminating liability and security barriers associated with traditional centralized trading platforms. Zhao Changpeng said in his announcement of DEX that DEX will operate with the original Binance platform and may even completely replace it, depending on the market reaction.
