Bonfida, a decentralized exchange announced the completion of a $4.5 million seed round funding. CMS Holdings led the fund, companies such as Three Arrows Capital, Spartan Group, and Genesis Block Ventures participated in the investment. 

Bonfida is established based on the open-source Serum protocol and is supported by the Solana blockchain. The IEO of Bonfida's native token FIDA will be conducted through FTX and BitMax on December 17th.
