Uniswap today launched Sybil, a governance tool used to discover delegates. Sybil can provide governance token holders with a simple way to identify their community delegates and thereby increase their participation in the protocol development process. Sybil maps on-chain addresses to digital identities to maintain the delegate list while avoiding invalid user registrations, on-chain transactions, and manual record keeping. Currently, Sybil only integrates with Twitter, and GitHub integration is coming soon.
