Silicon Valley executive Kelly Kramer will be joining Coinbase's board of directors, according to a recent blog post from Brian Armstrong.
The post said that Kramer will primarily hold a role as Chairperson of the Coinbase’s Audit and Compliance Committee. Kelly Kramer joins the Coinbase Board of Directors following a long tenure at Cisco, where she served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
Coinbase CEO shared a second update that Marc Andreessen will now transition from Board Observer to Board Director. In July, Reuters reported that Coinbase is preparing for a groundbreaking IPO listing for early 2021, if approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
