Andrew Peel, Morgan Stanley's head of digital asset markets talked about DeFi during The Block's "Developing a Digital Asset Strategy" panel.

Peel predicted that DeFi will continue to maintain its development momentum in 2021, and the programmable function of this technology is a way to rebuild digital financial infrastructure. Peel said: "I think some of the technology from this DeFi phase will certainly be utilized in some more regulated way throughout 2021 towards 2022".
