According to a public document, Skybridge Capital, a famous US hedge fund has submitted Form D to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to launch a Bitcoin-related investment fund. The fund, which called SkyBridge Bitcoin Fund L.P., has a minimum investment of $50,000. As Skybridge focuses on the fund of hedge funds, this fund may invest in Bitcoin through other funds.
