Loopring and DeversiFi, the first exchanges on Ethereum to use the layer-2 solutions which are zkRollup and StarkEx's Validum respectively, have cooperated to establish a committee called L2 Squared (L² for short).
The organization aims to work closely to solve high gas fees and network congestion issues in the Ethereum ecosystem and improve the scalability solution based on Layer-2 technology. Besides, Loopring and DeversiFi also exchanged their tokens based on part of the cooperation.
