Oasis Protocol, a blockchain privacy computing platform has built a cooperative relationship with Shyft Network, which focuses on compliance, to attract institutional users to the DeFi market.

A spokesperson from Shyft Network said that due to ambiguities in regulation and anti-money laundering (AML) procedures, institutions cannot interact with the DeFi ecosystem smoothly, the Shyft solution will make a change in it. Oasis will use Shyft's identity system and item/IP address whitelist function to implement AML requirements while protecting users' commercial and transaction data. The addresses in the whitelist have a higher degree of trust, which enables institutions and DeFi to interact freely and securely.
