A member of the BadgerDAO community, who goes by 0x_B1, has announced in a tweet a giveaway for developers which has earned praise from the DeFi sector at large, including Yearn Finance founder Andre Cronje.
0x_B1 opened his announcement noting that without people there is no DeFi. He went on to announce a series of games to launch 2021 which comes with an impressive slate of prizes including 500 YFL to YFLLinkio's Linkswap Rewards extension, 5000 YAX to yakisproject Metavault Strategies Hackathon and many more.
"Respect. Acts like these go farther than you know. Open source, but private wealth doesn't work. Open source, open wealth, does. Contribute as much to the team as they contribute to you," Cronje wrote in response to the announcement.
