Leading cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase has launched a new platform to help issuers list assets more quickly, and possibly maneuver around the lengthy approval process, according to a recent blog post.

The platform, Coinbase Asset Hub, is a streamlined product for issuers to list their assets and business with the exchange.

The platform will still have an extensive evaluation process to ensure that every asset meets Coinbase’s legal, compliance and security requirements. Issuers can apply to be listed on the platform by filling out an application.

A listing on Coinbase is the door into a much larger retail market for many token issuers, however there is a high bar to meet in order to appear on the platform. Exchange customers are often eager for pumping tokens to be listed as quickly as possible, but can be disappointed when centralized exchanges aren't up to the task.
