Senior Research Analyst at crypto intelligence firm Messari, Ryan Watkins, recently highlighted key features of a successful token in a tweet.
Using Synthetix as an example, Watkins pointed out that the token used to have a fixed supply of 100mm tokens with zero inflation. After the community made monetary reforms, including boosting supply and adding inflation, the coin's value took off.
Since Synthetix made these changes in March 2019, the coin's value has pumped 300 times its original value. At the time of writing SNX is trading hands for $13.81 and is down 8.22%.
