Bitfinex's lawyer Charles Michael said in court on Tuesday that Bitfinex expects to turn documents related to the "$850 million fraud case" to the New York Attorney General (NYAG) in the next few weeks. 

In April 2019, NYAG accused Bitfinex of using a huge Tether loan to cover up its $850 million account deficit and filed a lawsuit against Bitfinex and Tether.

According to the statement of Michael, the parent company iFinex has prepared a lot of materials for NYAG, and the next update will be completed within 30 days.
