Publicly traded company Bit Digital has negated allegations of fraud brought against them in a recent report published by J Capital Research, according to a recent release.

The company dismissed the report has spreading false accusations about the business and reminded readers that financial disclosures from Q3 2020 on the size and scale of operations is all publicly available information on the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission website.

The J Captial report called Bit Digital's filing report that the company operates 23,000 Bitcoin mining machines in China "a lie." J Capital called Bit Digital a sham Bitcoin business, claiming to have verified with local Chinese government officials that Bit Digital has no Bitcoin miners there.
