Microsoft has cooperated with Tanla Platforms, a cloud communications company based in India, to launch a blockchain-based CPaaS  (Communications Platform-as-a-Service) platform--Wisely, according to an official announcement.

Wisely is built on Microsoft Azure and provides a global edge-to-edge network that offers a private, secure and reliable communication experience. Wisely Marketplace enables companies to discover suppliers and service providers on a global scale.

The platform has also obtained three cryptography and blockchain patents from the US Patent & Trademark Office.
