Evolve, a leading ETF management company in Canada announced that it has submitted a preliminary prospectus for its Bitcoin ETF to the Canadian securities regulator.

The fund is priced bases on the CME CF Bitcoin reference exchange rate to provide Bitcoin exposure to investors.

It's not easy to get a green light from U.S. SEC as many U.S. companies also filed ETF applications. Evolve launched its first ETF in September 2017 and is one of the fastest-growing ETF providers in Canada, with an asset under management of more than $1.6 billion.
