Wyoming State's lawmakers have proposed a bill that will allow decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) to be officially registered in the state, a public document on the Legiscan website shows.

The bill was submitted in mid-January and was sent to the Joint Corporations, Elections & Political Subdivisions Committee of the Wyoming State Senate for further review on February 3.

If the bill is approved, DAO will be able to register as a limited liability company, with the term DAO, LAO, or DAO LLC included in its official registration name.
