Morgan Beller, Former Libra (now renamed Diem) co-creator, has joined stablecoin project Celo as an advisor, according to The Block.
Beller exited Diem last September and joined the venture capital firm NFX as a general partner. Celo focuses on helping people exchange currency through mobile phones, especially for areas with no bank accounts and a lack of bank accounts.
Beller told The Block: "I love Celo's mobile-first global approach. It's really like Venmo for crypto."
