News of Tesla's plan to accept Bitcoin makes headlines recently, but one luxury car dealer is much earlier than Tesla to welcome Bitcoin.

Billionaire, Houston Rockets owner Tilman Fertitta said in an interview with CNBC that his luxury car dealers have sold many vehicles since they accepted Bitcoin payments in 2018, "believe it or not, we’ve sold 17 cars — Bentleys and Rolls-Royces — with Bitcoin,” said Fertitta.

Fertitta revealed that the idea of accepting BTC came from his team of employees. He said: "We've always talked about being innovative and ahead of everybody else and don’t be a dinosaur around here or you won't last."
