Andrew Yang, a former Democratic presidential candidate and 46-year-old American entrepreneur wants to do something for the crypto industry.

He just tweeted: "As mayor of NYC - the world’s financial capital - I would invest in making the city a hub for BTC and other cryptocurrencies."

Yang is a long-term supporter of cryptocurrencies, he accepts Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies to fund his campaign as early as 2018.

Yang has submitted relevant documents for the mayor of New York City and will formally participate in the mayor election in 2021.
