Bitcoin and cryptocurrency payment service provider BitPay today announced that US cardholders of the BitPay Prepaid Mastercard can add their card to Apple Wallet and make purchases through ApplePay.
With Apple Pay, BitPay cardholders can purchase goods in stores, apps, or online, and instantly convert their cryptocurrencies into U.S. dollars.
Customers waiting for the physical card to be delivered can add a virtual card to Apple Wallet through the BitPay Wallet App and use it immediately. The support for Google Pay and Samsung Pay will be available by the end of the quarter.
