According to a 13F-HR form filed by Ark Investment Management to the SEC, as of December 30, 2020, Ark Investment Management holds 7,307,228 GBTC (Grayscale Bitcoin Trust) shares.

As Bitpush previously reported, the company's total holdings were 5,170,460 shares last November. The total value of GBTC held by Ark has exceeded $350 million if calculated at today's price of $48.45.
