Max Levchin, CEO of Fintech company Affirm, co-founder and former CTO of payment giant PayPal, said in an interview with CNBC that Affirm may have to consider Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies as payment methods.

"We are in the early stages of corporate awakening to cryptocurrencies," said Levchin. 

Affirm, founded in 2012, is a financial services company focusing on "prepayment". Affirm's mission is to completely change the banking industry and give consumers more autonomy in consumption.
