Long Blockchain Corporation, formerly Long Island Iced Tea Corp, was delisted by the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Monday. 

The SEC said in the announcement: "Its blockchain business never became operational." 

Long Island Iced Tea is a beverage company in Long Island, New York. In December 2017, it rebranded to Long Blockchain and sought to shift to the blockchain business. 

However, Long Blockchain has not been able to submit annual and quarterly reports since 2018, the company was delisted from the Nasdaq exchange in 2018 and only be traded on the OTC market.
