According to a company statement, Coinbase Pro will now begin accepting transfers of chainlink. 

The company will phase in trading options for USD and ETH once a sufficient supply of LINK is established on their platform. 

LINK will be offered wherever Coinbase Pro has jurisdiction, excluding the state of New York. Furthermore, LINK will not be available on Coinbase’s website or on the company’s mobile apps.
