People familiar with the matter revealed that the settlement price of Coinbase in the Nasdaq Private Market auction that ended last Thursday was $350 per share, which means that the implied valuation of Coinbase reached $90 billion, as first reported by Bloomberg.

Thursday's auction was the last time Coinbase sold shares on the market before it going public, the people added. 

Prior to February, The Block reported that the average liquidation price of Coinbase was $373 per share, which brought the company's value to $100.03 billion.
