Simplify Asset Management, a firm founded in 2020 to help advisors build the most pressing portfolio, is pursuing crypto exposure through its new Equity PLUS Bitcoin ETF, according to an application file from the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). 

The proposed fund, which charges an annual management fee of 0.50% with no minimum investment requirement, is set to place up to 15% of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) and 85% of stocks.

U.S. regulators have not yet approved any Bitcoin ETF, an ETF mixed with stocks is uncertain to pass.
