Conor White-Sullivan, the co-founder of note-taking software Roam Research, revealed on Twitter that the company has invested 2% of the treasury in Bitcoin.

Conor also expressed his willingness to pay employees' salaries in Bitcoin, said: "If we ever did something with NFL, would almost certainly be with Russell Okung — who I'm sure would want to be paid in Bitcoin. I'd be happy to pay any employee who wanted it in BTC." But he emphasized that Bitcoin on the balance sheet is used for hedging, not for profit.

Roam Research is headquartered in Silicon Valley and is a niche and popular note-taking application. The company completed a $9 million financing last year with a valuation of $200 million.
