According to an official announcement, TIME is auctioning three special edition magazine covers NFT on the SuperRare platform, including one of the most iconic covers in TIME's 98-year history, and the first special covers designed for NFT.
the NFTs---"Is Fiat Dead?", "Is Truth Dead?", "Is God Dead?"---can be purchased individually or in combination. The auction will continue until 8 p.m. Eastern Time on March 24.
The NFT selling comes on the same day that the group posts a job description on LinkedIn, seeking a new chief financial officer (CFO) to lead the financial business, and mentioned that it hopes that candidates are "comfort with Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies".
