According to the official announcement, Coinbase Institutional is the only partner of Meitu's crypto trading and custody. 

Previously, a total of $90 million of Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) purchases were executed by Coinbase. Coinbase Custody is responsible for the custody of crypto assets. Coinbase's secure offline cold storage can provide the highest level of security and meets the highest regulatory standards in the industry. 

In addition to Meitu, MicroStrategy is also one of Coinbase's well-known institutional clients.
