The fund--WISE ORIGIN BITCOIN TRUST--is sponsored by FD Funds Management LLC, which shares the same address as Fidelity's office in Boston, Massachusetts. Fidelity Service Company is the administrator, while Fidelity Digital Assets serves as the custodian.

The filing document noted: "The Trust’s investment objective is to seek to track the performance of bitcoin, as measured by the performance of the Fidelity Bitcoin Index PR, adjusted for the Trust’s expenses and other liabilities."
