Morgan Stanley Institutional Funds File To Add Bitcoin Exposure

Morgan Stanley filed a 497 Form to the SEC on Thursday, showing that its institutional funds may obtain Bitcoin exposure in the form of cash-settled futures or Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC). 

The file lists twelve funds including Counterpoint Global, and also points out up to 25% of their respective assets can be allocated to Bitcoin products. 

Last month, the banking giant revealed that it will start offering its institutional private wealth clients the opportunity to invest in Bitcoin products.
