The buyer was Dubai-based music studio 3F Music. It bought the New York Times NFT for $560,000 on Thursday.

The origin of the meme was in 2012, a girl Laina Morris, imitated the lyrics from Bieber's  "Boyfriend" on YouTube, telling the story of how a control freak girlfriend tracked her boyfriend’s derailment, the meme became popular on the internet because of Morris's facial expression.
